Although anxiety and depression can be difficult to cope with and is very crippling, anxiety is the feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. Depression, on the other hand, is a feeling of severe despondency and dejection.         Depression is a mental disorder that can be caused by traumatic experience which can include a family death, abuse, ect.  Depression can cause multiple problems, internally and externally. These problems can include; withdraw from once loved activities, self-neglect, and fatigue. There are self-guided treatments that may help people ease their depression but there is no cure. Finding an exercise, such as yoga, can help release endorphins in the brain which can make a person suffering feel happier. Participating in activities that once brought joy or taking up a new activity can help as well. These can include; knitting, reading or cooking. Other forms of treatment for depression can include antidepressant medication and therapy, and hospitalization as a last resort.
