Consideration in making decision to go ahead with project 

In order to archive the goal of the ClPl organisation, the system need to position Business process management, business process reengineering and enterprise  resources planning appropriately .
 Going in to details, there are some couple of differences between these terms but overall they must be employed along witch other to archive a sucessfull ERP .
 First of all the BPM in this particular case will be consisting of various techniques and tools to keep track and produce new client data for each case in CIPI, variety of infomations need to be syored in order to anylyzed and processed which including both clients and lawyers info such as name, adress, bar council and area of interest.
 On the other hand, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is the renovate of business structure – and the systems, policies, which CIPI support . In order to increase productivity and keep track of all the important informations 
 lastly, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is integrated business software that is going to support business functions throughtout the enterprise.  ERP implies the use of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) which can be used for a large amount of customer in this particular business, as each customer can have more than one cases, and each lawyer can have more than one are of specialisation.
 To summarise, these core proposition will work well together as ERP will provide a well designed business activities as well as strategic activites which include customer accquasition, approving and providing important information of clients for lawyer effectively, matching customer needs to the specific lawyer in their area of interest. In addition, ERP will also help the organisation to grow quicker, providing  visibility throught the business function and support the development of organisation management.
However, there will be risks that go along with BPR and ERP if not excuted properly.
For example, BPR wont be likely to work without a fundamental ERP software that specify the business stategy and structure.
