The group provides a variety of diversified service offerings and intercompany support services through its held subsidiaries; Aero Wisata, Aero Systems Indonesia, Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia, Citilink Indonesia, Sabre Travel Network Indonesia, Gapura Angkasa and GIH France S.A.S, as shown in Exhibit 1 (Shareholders Structure).  Collectively, Garuda Indonesia provides for cargo and non-cargo transportation, consultancy, flight maintenance, specialised IT services as well as supplementary tourism related services (hospitality, transportation and catering). Aero Wisata was established on June 30th, 1973 and handles tourism related services primarily within Indonesia. It comprises of four business lines. Food Services caters to both airline catering as well as other industries. Hotels & Resorts provide international standard travel accommodations such as the Indonesian Asana hotel chain, Villas along with hotel management. Travel and Leisure handle customer services such as Tour planning and ticketing, Meetings incentives conferencing exhibitions (MICE), Cargo handling as well as specifically Haji/Umra pilgrimage planning services. Transportation Services handle ground transportation.Aero Systems Indonesia (formerly PT Lufthansa Systems Indonesia) was established on June 9, 2005. It provides Information Technology (IT) based enterprise solutions in data analytics for marketing, as well as data centre services, IT management consultancy and cloud computing offerings.  Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia was established on April 26, 2002, and handles maintenance of Garuda Flight Line facilities such as airlines, as well as storage and calibration for related technical equipment. It also provides consultancy, training, technical maintenance, modification, conversion, parts sourcing and repair services to external clients.Citilink Indonesia is the low-cost carrier arm of Garuda Indonesia incorporated on January 6, 2009, and aims to be the leading low-cost carrier service offering value-priced air transport services in the region. It has purportedly become the primary focus of Garuda Indonesia following the restructuring of the parent company in 2011.SabreTravel Network Indonesia (formerly called Abacus Indonesia) was formed from a government-approved joint venture between Abacus International and Garuda Indonesia on March 1, 1995.  It is responsible for providing operational IT solutions maintenance and training for the travel agent Computerised Reservation Systems (CRS) as well as equipment rental and training for. Gapura Angkasa is a joint tri-venture between three State Owned Enterprises (SOE); PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Angkasa Pura l (Persero) and PT Angkasa Pura ll (Persero), with Garuda Indonesia owning 58.75% in shares. It handles supporting Ground Handling Services for Garuda flight operations domestically in Indonesia such as cargo load control and handling, ramp services, flight operations and security, in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and International Air Transport (IATA) regulations. GIH France S.A.S is the registered fully owned French LLC of Garuda Indonesia Holiday France (GIHF) on December 23, 2013. Strategically, it provides travel agent offerings to French located customers including travel agent bookings, ticket sales and rental of aircrafts.
