Why Do We Yawn?
The definition of oscitance is to open the oral cavity involuntarily with a drawn-out, deep inspiration of air. Yawn is a normal response to tire and drowsiness, but inordinate oscitance can be caused by a vasovagal reaction and may bespeak a bosom job.
